You can find below the minimum requirements you have to complete before the onboarding call. You will be able to discuss this and ask all questions during the call with your onboarder.
1. Profile settings
When logged in on your Mirakl account, go to the top right corner where you’ll see the profile icon:
You will be able to change the default language and disable/enable notifications you want to receive by email.
2. Shop settings
Go to Settings > Shop:
My account
- enter “country shipped from” and your return policy (in English)
- complete all information client service. Please note that this info will not be visible for customers and will only be used by Decathlon Marketplace cooperators.
- below you will find the store info + general sales conditions per country. Please complete this via the templates provided for every country you have signed a contract with. Please note that for Belgium you will need to complete this in French (fr_BE) and Dutch (nl_BE) and for Switzerland in French (fr_CH) and German (de_CH).
In general we require a 30 day period of return which needs to be free of charge for the customer.

Shipping configuration
- go to shipping configuration and set up the shipping charges and logistic classes per country
If you want to sell in Belgium, you’ll need to enable Belgium as a shipping zone. Open the details via the arrow which can be found left to the country’s name:
For Belgium or The Netherlands, please only choose 1 shipping method. If you’d like to sell to inhabitants of Luxembourg, the only thing you need to do is activate the shipping zone.
Your total shipping time = leadtime to ship (2 days) + enabled shipping method days (visible here)

Next to that, disable the logistic classes which are not applicable for your business:
To change the shipping prices, click “edit shipping charges”:
You will be able to edit the shipping price for your enabled shipping methods and logistic classes.
Please be aware that it’s not allowed to set up a price which is higher than the Default price. Free shipping is only mandatory in The Netherlands.
Shipping options
- The lead time to ship is the preparation time that occurs between the ordering and the transfer of the order to the transporter. It has been set by default for 2 days. You can adapt this depending to your shipping policy.
- Order cut-off time: Specify a cut-off time for your shipping methods. This is the latest time that an order can be placed to meet the delivery time.
- Shipping options: The delivery time is automatically set up in Mirakl, but if your transporter is delivering in less than the ratio indicated, it is better to change it to increase conversion. Make sure that you put the minimum delivery time, to attract more customers.
