Minimal requirements introduction
In this FAQ article, we'll outline the minimum requirements for product presentation on our platform. Ensuring that your products meet these standards not only enhances their visibility but also improves the overall shopping experience for our users.
As they are minimum requirements, our product validation team can refuse your products when these are not met.
As you will see below, we set out the minimum requirements for some of the most important attributes, note that a good (or perfect) product presentation will need more than this.
Minimal requirements
CATEGORY
1. The category is correctly assigned.
MAIN IMAGE
1. The image does not contain icons or graphic designs, such as stickers or labels.
2. The image is the maximum size available in Mirakl and stays within Mirakl's maximum size limit (maximum 10240 Kb).
3. It is a packshot image, showcasing the product or model against a plain neutral background (white, very light grey, light grey, light beige...Code #f2f3f4).
4. There should be no text on the image; any necessary text should be included in the description.
5. The product's accurate colour must be displayed in the images.

OTHER IMAGES
1. The image is the maximum size available in Mirakl and stays within Mirakl's maximum size limit (maximum 10240 Kb).
2.There should be no text in images, except for nutrition tables and size charts. Text explaining "how to measure" or nutrition-related text should be in English.
3. A minimum number of images is recommended in this article.
4. The product's accurate colour must be displayed in the images.

PRODUCT TITLE
1. The title is written in the correct language without mistakes.
2. Whenever possible, the title follows the country's title construction pattern.
3. Ideally, the first letter is capitalized, and the title is not written entirely in capital letters.

WEBCATCHLINE
1. The webcatchline is written in the correct language without mistakes.
2. It is unique for all products within a parent ID.
3. The content differs from the Title and Description.

DESCRIPTION
1. The description is written in the correct language without mistakes.
2. It does not contain any links.
3. It is unique for all products within a parent ID.
4. It does not include shop information, delivery time, or prices.
5. Bonus: Markdown is used, and line breaks are implemented.

PARENT ID
1. If the product has size and/or colour variants, the Parent ID is set up.
2. If the parent ID is set up, there are no duplicated variants. Each variant linked with a parent ID has a unique combination of [Size + Main colour + Additional colour 1 + Additional colour 2] OR [Size + Flavor].

SPORTS
1. The sport is correctly linked to the category.
OTHER ATTRIBUTES
1. The colour corresponds to the product's colour.
2. The gender corresponds with the product's gender.
