Context
On your store, it is possible to manage users regarding their rights.
Why this process?
This process allows you on your store to:
- Add users
- Modify user rights
- Manage users' email notifications
Process:
On your store, you go to the menu: My account / User management.
Adding a user:
You click on “Create a user”.
You fill in the 2 mandatory fields and you select the rights you want to put and save.
Management of email notifications:
Each user can select or not email notifications in order to receive them and respond to it.
To do it, he must click on his user email address: black banner at the top right.
Go to the “Notifications preferences” tab (by default, everything is selected).
You have 3 notification boxes:
- Notifications on orders
- Notifications on offers
- Notifications on store administration
Depending on what is happening in the store, you may or may not receive mail notifications
